internship & service opportunities In this issue, Virginia, Adam and Mike all talk about their internships being formative to their discernment and their understanding of service. Every year, dozens of young adults undertake a year of service, abroad through the Young Adult Service Corps and domestically through the Episcopal Service Corps. Others take eight weeks to serve through the Short-term Internship Program. All three programs not only provide the opportunity to serve a recognized need, but also engage young adults in active spiritual and vocational discernment while fostering a community of support and dialogue.
