Together at General Convention! Howdy folks, You've no doubt read about it in the news, heard about it in your parishes and maybe even talked about it with your friends: General Convention 2009 was a time of great collaboration, difficult choices and incredible community. Whether or not you were able to be in Anaheim, the resolutions passed and decisions made will have profound consequences for the future of our church. We invite you to read, watch and listen to the stories of the 70 young adults who experienced General Convention through the Young Adult Festival. Jumping from legislative hearings to house debates to workshops and receptions, these young adults spent six days in fellowship, worship and debate, soaking in as much of General Convention as they could while providing their own unique voices in the conversation. Take a moment to read the festival newsletter and blog, look through the photo albums and watch a few videos as young adults share their thoughts and experiences of General Convention and the Young Adult Festival.
